Autumn means Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING, right????  And in order to make pumpkin spice everything, you need…. Pumpkin Spice!  The good news is, it’s really quick and easy to make your own, tastes better than the premade stuff at the store, and is cheaper too!  Win, win, win!

So, without further ado, here’s my recipe for Pumpkin Spice.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

makes about 1 cup

4 Tbsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp ginger 

1 Tbsp nutmeg

2.5 tsp allspice 

2 tsp cloves

Combine all spices in a bowl and mix thouroughly.  Place in a cute jar and label. 

 For best results, store in a cool, dark, dry place.
