Healthy, Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Oh, I just love a pumpkin spice latte!  Unfortunately, when you buy them at a coffee house, they are loaded with sugar and all sorts of other undesirables!  The good news is, it only takes a few minutes to whip up a healthier version at home, and you can adjust the flavors to your own taste!



🍁 Pumpkin Spice Latte 🍂

Makes 2 large cups

1 1/2 cups milk of choice

1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee (I prefer cold brew concentrate)

3 Tbsp pumpkin purée 

3/4 tsp pumpkin spice

1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 Tbsp vanilla


For a hot drink:

Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove, and blend using an immersion blender.  Heat to desired temperature and blend until frothy.  Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.


For a iced/blended drink:

Place all ingredients to a blender with ice and blend until smooth.
