Easy & Delicious Eggnog

Is there anything that says “Holiday Time” more than eggnog???  I love eggnog, and I especially love this recipe, because it’s so quick and easy to throw together!  This recipe does use raw eggs, so definitely make sure that you have good quality, pastured eggs before making this.  We use the eggs from our own chickens and our goats’ milk.  You can use whichever milk you prefer!  

Let’s get started! 



Jenny’s Eggnog Recipe

Makes 5 cups

4 cups milk (raw, whole milk is best)*

8 pastured egg yolks

1/4 cup real maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp fresh ground nutmeg, plus extra to sprinkle on top


Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed.  Chill and serve with a dash of nutmeg on top!

*For thicker eggnog, substitute up to half of the milk with heavy cream.

Sit in front of the fire and enjoy! ❤️ Jen
